Sunflower Something: Cancellation & Refund Policy

1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility for Cancellation & Refunds
Books: Pre-orders: Orders can be cancelled and a full refund issued at any time before the book's release date.
In-stock Books: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

2.⁠ ⁠All other products in collaboration with the books:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.
Our team will process your cancellation request promptly.

3.⁠ ⁠Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of the cancellation request being approved.
Bank Deposit Time: The actual time for the funds to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank's processing time.

4.⁠ ⁠Refund Exclusions
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Refunds will not be issued for any shipping charges incurred.
No refunds will be issued for any promotional discounts or coupons applied to the order.

5.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the order.
Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged item.
We will arrange for a return and issue a full refund or replacement, as applicable.
